The Clubhouse
On the first floor
of the clubhouse are a mixed lounge and a 19th, a snooker room,
ladies lounge and magnificent dining room able to seat up to
100 diners.
The first floor rooms
are complemented by an elevated terrace area which gives superb
views of the golf course and the Wharfe Valley. This provides
an ideal vantage point from which, with drink in hand, to view
the remainder of your party putting out on the 18th green.
On the ground floor
are the visitors locker room, the professional's well-stocked
shop and the Golf Club Manager's office. For the committed golfer there
is a huge practice ground and separate driving range within
75 yards of the clubhouse.
Wetherby Golf Club
and its staff prides itself in being able to cater for individual
and group golfing needs. Its location, within 1 mile of the
Great North Road (A1) enables ease of access. The extended clubhouse
provides for flexibility of use, particularly in respect of
corporate needs for meetings and presentations, followed by
'relaxation' on the golf course.
