SENIORS SECTION

We have a reserved tee time on Mondays from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m., and a draw for teams takes place at 08.45 a.m. on the day.  On Thursdays we do not have this luxury and some of our members come to the Clubhouse on the Wednesday to book times from 10.45 a.m. the following day.  The draw on Thursday takes place at 10.15a.m.

Fixture List.

We have a number of competition invitation days, home and away in the area.

Garforth, Scarcroft, Bradford, Bedale, Masham and Harrogate, on a home and away basis.  In addition, we play 5 medals and 1 stableford for various trophies and have 2 matches against the Ladies.  On normal days, the play format is decided after the draw according to turnout.

On match days, the cost is only for a light meal or snack and usually a drink at the bar.  Both home and away fixtures are friendly competitions and are played as four ball better ball.  The fixture list is posted on our notice board three to four weeks in advance, and it is appreciated if members indicate their availability well in advance of the fixture date, in order that the team can be selected in good time.

The current annual subscription is £5 and members of the Club over the age of 55 wishing to join should either present themselves at 08.45 a.m. on a Monday or, better still, contact either:
